EPA Proposes Conditional Approval of Connecticut's One-Hour Ozone Attainment Demonstration

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to conditionally approve Connecticut's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for reducing ground-level ozone in the New York-Northern New Jersey-Long Island area, with conditions including the submission of rate-of-progress target calculations and additional control measures by 2000 and 2007, respectively.
