EPA Proposes Approval of New York's Ozone Attainment Demonstration Plan, Transportation Conformity Budgets

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve New York's 1-hour Ozone Attainment Demonstration State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the New York-Northern New Jersey-Long Island nonattainment area, pending the submission of necessary documents, including a revised transportation conformity budget and enforceable commitments to address emission reductions.
