EPA Proposes Conditional Approval or Disapproval of Texas' State Implementation Plan for Houston/Galveston Ozone Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to conditionally approve or disapprove the State of Texas' revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Houston/Galveston ozone nonattainment area, submitted on May 19, 1998, or to reject the plan altogether, as an alternative, on November 15, 1999.
