NMFS Adjusts Daily Retention Limit for Atlantic Bluefin Tuna

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has adjusted the daily retention limit for the Angling category fishery for Atlantic bluefin tuna (BFT) to one large or small-medium fish per vessel, with a minimum length of 47 inches, in an effort to lengthen the fishing season and ensure reasonable fishing opportunities in all geographic areas.
