SEC Adopts Amendments to ITS Plan to Expand CAES Linkage to All Listed Securities

The Securities and Exchange Commission is adopting amendments to the ITS Plan to expand the linkage of the ITS/Computer Assisted Execution System to all listed securities, including non-Rule 19c-3 securities, as part of its efforts to improve market efficiency and investor protection.
