Pacific Bay Properties Seeks Incidental Take Permit for Rancho Bella Vista Master Planned Community in Riverside County, CA

Pacific Bay Properties has submitted an application to the Fish and Wildlife Service for a 30-year permit to allow for the incidental take of up to 14 endangered species during the development of a 1,998 single-family residence project in Riverside County, California, which would permanently destroy 102.2 acres of suitable habitat for these species.
