CDC Updates Polio Vaccine Information Materials in Response to New Recommendations

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has revised its polio vaccine information materials to align with new recommendations for the use of inactivated poliovirus vaccine (IPV) in the United States, effective January 1, 2000. The updated materials will be distributed to healthcare providers prior to administration of each dose of polio vaccines.
