EPA Withdraws Approval of Texas Air Control Board Rule, Revises Particulate Matter Regulations

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn its direct final approval of a Texas State Implementation Plan revision that removed a rule and revised particulate matter regulations, following an adverse comment on the rule, and will address the comment in a subsequent final action
