EPA Approves Revised Carbon Monoxide Maintenance Plan for Albuquerque, New Mexico

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to New Mexico's State Implementation Plan, which revises the carbon monoxide maintenance plan for Albuquerque/Bernalillo County, following a request from the city under section 175A of the Clean Air Act. The EPA is taking direct final action, which means no further public comment period will be held.
