Agusta S.p.A. Issues Airworthiness Directive Amendment for A109A and A109A II Helicopters

Agusta S.p.A. has issued an airworthiness directive amendment requiring inspection of tail rotor blades with 400 or more hours of service for cracks, and replacement if necessary, to prevent fatigue failure and loss of control.
