Copyright Office Closes Rulemaking on Satellite Carrier Statutory License

The Copyright Office of the Library of Congress has closed a rulemaking process regarding the application of the section 119 satellite statutory license to local retransmissions, as the issue was resolved by the passage of the Satellite Home Viewer Improvement Act of 1999.
