Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority to Transfer Land to Public Body for Public Purpose

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) is issuing a notice to advise federal agencies that the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) plans to transfer approximately 1.74 acres of land and improvements in Kingston, Massachusetts, to a public body for a public purpose, following Section 5334(g) of the Federal Transit Laws.
