EPA Seeks Comments on Interim Guidance for CERCLA Section 101(10)(H) Definition for Certain Air Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting public input on its temporary regulations clarifying the definition of federally permitted releases of certain air pollutants under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). The EPA is publishing this guidance as an appendix to a formal notice.
