FAA Proposes Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Yakima Air Terminal-McAllister Field

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing to rule on an application to impose and use revenue from a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Yakima Air Terminal-McAllister Field in Yakima, Washington, and invites public comment. The proposed rule is based on 49 U.S.C. 40117 and Part 158 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (14 CFR part 158).
