Devolution of Corporate Governance Responsibilities

The Federal Housing Finance Board (Finance Board) is amending its regulations to devolve certain corporate governance responsibilities from the Finance Board to the Federal Home Loan Banks (Banks), pursuant to the requirements of the Federal Home Loan Bank System Modernization Act of 1999.
