Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network to Delay Implementation of Final Rule, Invite Public Comments

The Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) has announced a stay of its final rule, which was set to take effect on March 16, 2000, and invited the public to submit comments on the rule for a 60-day period, following a provision in the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act of 1999.
