ATF Implements Temporary Rule on Roll-Your-Own Tobacco Permit Requirements

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has implemented a temporary rule requiring permits for the manufacture of roll-your-own tobacco products, as mandated by Public Law 105-33, Section 9302, and the Balanced Budget Act of 1997. The rule also updates ATF forms and invites public comment for 60 days.
