EPA Approves Missouri State Implementation Plan Revision for Kansas City Air Pollution Control Code

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to Missouri's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to align the Federally approved incinerator provisions with the current enforcement practices of the Kansas City Health Department, as outlined in Chapter 8 of the Air Pollution Control Code.
