HUD to Address Public Housing Agencies' Unobligated Funds

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will handle public housing agencies (PHAs) that have unobligated modernization funds from FY 1997 and earlier in non-compliance with the Public Housing Reform Act of 1998.
