EPA Proposes Approval of New Hampshire and Rhode Island Air Quality Implementation Plans, National Low Emission Vehicle Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on its proposal to approve revised State Implementation Plans (SIPs) from New Hampshire and Rhode Island, which would allow the national low emission vehicle (National LEV) program to be a compliance option for new motor vehicles sold in each state, starting from the 1999 model year.
