EPA Extends Tolerance for Myclobutanil in Hops and Other Crops

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended a time-limited tolerance for combined residues of the fungicide myclobutanil and its metabolites in hops, caneberries, peppermint, and spearmint for an additional 2 years, until December 31, 2003, due to emergency exemptions granted under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
