EPA Approves Missouri SIP Revision for Emission and Service Fees

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve a revision to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the state of Missouri, which establishes emission and service fees for 1997 and 1998, and clarifies reporting requirements and emission calculations. The EPA is approving the revision as a direct final rule without prior proposal, but will withdraw it if it receives relevant adverse comments.
