FDIC Proposes to Remove OTS Regulations on Senior Examiners' Post-Employment Activities

The FDIC is proposing to rescind and remove regulations that restrict post-employment activities of senior examiners, which were transferred from the Office of Thrift Supervision in 2011, as part of the Dodd-Frank Act implementation.
