US Postal Service Seeks Comments on Revised Mail Manual Requirements for PVDS Mailing

The US Postal Service is soliciting public feedback on a proposed rule change to the Domestic Mail Manual, which would require Periodicals mail to be loaded at the rear of vehicles carrying Standard Mail prepared for Plant Verified Drop Shipment (PVDS) to ensure efficient offloading at each destination.
