Public Land Order No. 7425; Partial Revocation of Secretarial Order dated April 10, 1946; Utah

The Bureau of Land Management has partially revoked a Secretarial order affecting 157.68 acres of public land, allowing for a land exchange and opening the land to surface entry subject to existing rights. The action is effective January 24, 2000, and the land remains open to mineral leasing and mining under the Mining Claims Rights Restoration Act of 1955.
