Retirement; Technical Amendment

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is amending the October 4, 1999, interim regulations concerning voluntary early retirement authority. The amendment removes paragraphs from 5 CFR 831.114 and 842.213 which were inadvertently retained when the interim regulations were published.
