Appraisal Subcommittee Adopts Amendments to Public Disclosure Regulations Reflecting Changes to FOIA and E-FOIA

The Appraisal Subcommittee is updating its regulations to align with changes to the Freedom of Information Act and the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996, which will streamline FOIA processing, establish processing deadlines, and expand public access to ASC records through its website (http://www.asc.gov).
