Academy Lines, Inc. Files Merger Application with Asbury Park Transit Lines, Inc.

Academy Lines, Inc. has submitted a merger proposal to acquire Asbury Park Transit Lines, Inc., a motor carrier of passengers, under the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has tentatively approved the transaction, pending opposition comments.
