FDIC Proposes to Remove OTS Regulation on CRA-Related Agreements

The FDIC is proposing to rescind a regulation related to disclosure and reporting of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)-related agreements, which was transferred from the Office of Thrift Supervision in 2011, and replace it with a regulation applicable to all insured depository institutions.
