EPA Deletes Monticello Radioactive Site from National Priorities List

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has removed the Monticello Radioactive Contaminated Properties Site in Monticello, Utah, from the National Priorities List (NPL) due to completion of cleanup efforts, as mandated by the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA).
