EPA Proposes Settlement for Pyridium Mercury Disposal Superfund Sites in New York

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement with the Estate of William S. Lasdon to recover past response costs for the Pyridium Mercury Disposal Superfund Sites #1 & #2 in Harriman, New York, in exchange for a $1.28 million payment and a waiver of potential liability.
