Notice of Request for Reinstatement of a Previously Approved Information Collection

The Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) is requesting reinstatement of a previously approved information collection under the Sugar Program, which is authorized by the 1996 Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act of 1996. This program requires cane sugar refiners, sugar beet processors, and sugarcane processors to submit monthly reports on their sugar purchases and production levels.
