NRC to Consider Amendment to IES Utilities Inc.'s Facility Operating License

IES Utilities Inc. and its affiliates, Central Iowa Power Cooperative and Corn Belt Power Cooperative, are providing notice of their consideration for issuing an amendment to the facility operating license of IES Utilities Inc. The proposed amendment includes a determination that there are no significant hazards and an opportunity for a hearing. This decision will be made by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).
