FDIC Adopts Final Rule on Regulatory Capital Requirements

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has finalized a rule revising risk-based and leverage capital requirements for FDIC-supervised institutions, with no significant changes, in line with a joint final rule issued by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Federal Reserve.
