FDIC Proposes to Rescind Regulations Transferred from OTS and Amend Rules of Practice and Procedure

The FDIC is proposing to remove regulations transferred from the OTS and update its rules to ensure all insured depository institutions are subject to the same substantive and procedural rules governing administrative hearings, as the FDIC is the appropriate FBA for these institutions.
