Nuclear Regulatory Commission Proposes Fee Schedule Amendments to Implement 100% Fee Recovery for FY 1999

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is proposing to amend its fee schedules to recover 100% of its budget authority for Fiscal Year 1999, with a target recovery amount of approximately $449.6 million, in accordance with the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990.
