NRC Seeks Public Comment on Patent License Information Collection Extension

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, requesting an extension of the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The NRC is seeking public comment on the proposal, which pertains to the standard specifications for granting patent licenses, and informs potential respondents that they are not required to respond unless the collection displays a valid OMB control number.
