Nuclear Regulatory Commission Seeks Public Comment on Grant Program for Agreement States

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public input on a proposal to establish a grant program for Agreement States to assist with site decommissioning and sealed source disposition for sites formerly licensed by the NRC. The program would provide funding for file reviews and remediation in cases where documentation is insufficient.
