NRC Approves Transfer of Fort St. Vrain Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation and Issues License Amendment

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued an order approving the transfer of the Fort St. Vrain Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation to a new owner, along with a notice of the issuance of a license amendment. The transfer is expected to take place in the coming months.
