FDIC Adopts Final Rule to Rescind OTS Regulations on Disclosure and Reporting of CRA-Related Agreements

The FDIC is rescinding and removing certain regulations transferred from the OTS on July 21, 2011, as part of the implementation of the Dodd-Frank Act, which will affect State savings associations.
