Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Requests Public Comment on Extension of Information Collection for Fitness for Duty Program

The NRC has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, requesting an extension of the information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for its Fitness for Duty Program. The program requires nuclear power reactor licensees and those authorized to possess or transport unirradiated Category 1 nuclear material to submit reports and statements on occasion.
