Government in the Sunshine Act Regulations

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission, having considered the comments received on the May 10, 1999, document declaring its intent to begin implementing a final rule published and made effective in 1985, has decided to proceed with implementation of the rule, 30 days from the date of publication of this document.
