Nuclear Regulatory Commission Proposes Changes to Fire Protection Regulations

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is proposing to relax the requirement for noncombustible fire barrier penetration seal materials in its fire protection regulations, as well as make other minor adjustments, in order to comply with the Presidential memorandum on Plain Language in Government Writing, issued on June 1, 1998.
