Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Submits Revision to Paperwork Reduction Act Collection for OMB Review

The NRC has submitted a revision to its information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), seeking public comment on the proposed changes to its Public Records collection, which affects approximately 13,656 individuals annually, requiring around 3,459 hours to complete.
