State of Ohio to Stop Regulating Certain Nuclear Materials

The State of Ohio will no longer regulate source, byproduct, and special nuclear materials in quantities not sufficient to form a critical mass, after an agreement signed by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Chairman and Ohio Governor in 1999.
