NRC Enforcement Policy; Enforcement Action Against Nonlicensees Under 10 CFR Part 72

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is publishing a revision to its Enforcement Policy (NUREG-1600, Rev.1, ``General Statement of Policy and Procedure for NRC Enforcement Actions'') to clarify that enforcement action may be taken against nonlicensees for violations of 10 CFR part 72.
