Nuclear Regulatory Commission Withdraws Petition for Rulemaking

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has withdrawn a petition for rulemaking filed by Keith J. Schiager, Ph.D., on behalf of the University of Utah, due to the petitioner's concurrence with the staff view that the proposed changes to 10 CFR Part 35 address the petition's concerns.
