Pathfinder Mines Corp.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has received, by letter dated October 29, 1999, an application from Pathfinder Mines Corporation (PMC) to amend License Condition (LC) 50 of its Source Material License No. SUA-442 for the Shirley Basin, Wyoming uranium mill site. The license amendment application proposes to modify LC 50 to change the completion date for three site-reclamation milestones. The new dates proposed by PMC would extend completion of placement of the interim cover over tailings pile, completion of placement of the final radon barrier, and completion of placement of the erosion protection cover by two years.

SMR, LLC; Palisades SMR, LLC; Pioneer Units 1 and 2; Phased Construction Permit Application-Limited Work Authorization

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is providing public notice each week, for four consecutive weeks, beginning October 1, 2026, of receipt and availability of the first part of a phased construction permit application, including a limited work authorization (LWA) request, from SMR, LLC, on behalf of Palisades SMR, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Holtec International (collectively, Holtec), for a dual-unit SMR-300 plant located at the Palisades Energy Center (PEC) in Covert, Michigan. The units are individually named Pioneer Unit 1 and Pioneer Unit 2. This is the second of four consecutive weekly notifications.

Biweekly Notice; Applications and Amendments to Facility Operating Licenses and Combined Licenses Involving No Significant Hazards Considerations

Pursuant to section 189a.(2) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is publishing this regular biweekly notice. The Act requires the Commission to publish notice of any amendments issued, or proposed to be issued, and grants the Commission the authority to issue and make immediately effective any amendment to an operating license or combined license, as applicable, upon a determination by the Commission that such amendment involves no significant hazards consideration (NSHC), notwithstanding the pendency before the Commission of a request for a hearing from any person.

Virginia Electric and Power Company, (Doing Business as Dominion Energy Virginia); North Anna Site; Early Site Permit Renewal Application

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or Commission) is considering an application for the renewal of Early Site Permit (ESP) No. ESP-003, which allows Virginia Electric and Power Company (doing business as Dominion Energy Virginia) to reference ESP-003 in an application for a construction permit (CP) or combined license (COL) at the North Anna ESP site during the period ESP-003 remains valid. The renewed permit, if approved, would extend the expiration date by an additional 20 years beyond the period specified in the current permit. The location for the North Anna ESP site is in Louisa County, Virginia, and the current ESP-003 expires on November 27, 2027. This notice provides the public an opportunity to request a hearing and petition for leave to intervene with respect to the renewal application.
