GPU Energy GPU Nuclear, Inc. has submitted a notice to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission seeking approval for the transfer of its operating license for the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, as well as a conforming amendment to the facility's license, and is offering the public an opportunity to attend a hearing on the matter.
