Northeast Nuclear Energy Company, et al. Receives Approval for New England Electric System and National Grid Group PLC Merger

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has approved the merger of New England Electric System and the National Grid Group PLC, paving the way for the acquisition of Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit 3, by the combined entity
